Between 1997 and 2004, Mr. Davidson held a variety of leadership roles at Dell Inc., a computer and technology services company, including the positions of Vice President, Audit, Risk and Compliance, and Vice President, Corporate Controller.
From 1981 to 1997, Mr. Davidson held a variety of accounting and financial leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company, a provider of imaging technology products and services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and a MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Davidson is a director of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., Legg Mason, Inc. and Pentair plc.
Mr. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple industries and brings a strong track record of building and leading global teams and implementing governance and controls processes.
