In May 2009, Carol Arrowood joined Foundations Recovery Network.
Prior to this, she was the vice president of human resources for 14 years with O'Charley's Inc., a large, publicly-held, multi-brand restaurant company with locations in 25 states with over 25,000 employees.
tenure and as part of the senior management team, the company grew from 38 company-owned restaurants to three brands with 350 locations.
During this period, revenues grew from $85 million to $997 million.
Carol established and directed all core human resources functions, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and HRIS.
She also has extensive experience in employment law, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, project management and process improvement.
Prior to O'Charley's Inc., Carol was a consultant with Kraft CPAs, a large local accounting firm that offered HR Consulting Services.

and recruited medical personnel for the King Faisal Hospital
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University.
