Carmen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University.
Prior to founding LilyRose, Carmen was a leading Intellectual Property Attorney for several prominent law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
In 1999, she was appointed Vice President and General Counsel of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, where she skillfully managed the Museum's varied and diverse legal matters.
Carmen now serves as General Counsel to the Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Botswana, a volunteer position that allows her to continue to hone her legal skills while managing the day to day activities of LilyRose.
