Ms. Sklenka has also served as the neutral arbitrator in several disputes involving complex financial and accounting issues.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Ms. Sklenka was a Director in the Corporate Finance Group at KPMG Peat Marwick, where she provided corporate finance advisory and dispute resolution services.

Ms. Sklenka received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, in Columbia, Missouri, with a major in accounting and a general honors certificate.
She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia.
