Cross-dressing was the price to pay for losing a bet with social studies teacher Carl Neely over whose class could collect more food for the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.Neely's class won -- 1,601 food items to 1,123.But in the interests of good sportsmanship and in recognition of a spirited last-minute food drive by Asserson's class, Neely agreed to wear a dress, too, although only for one period.Neely showed up for his morning class in a bright red dress with festive gold necklace and earrings shaped as Christmas stockings with tiny teddy bears.
