Bandar Seri Begawan - The Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam
announced the appointment of Cameron Lawless
as the hotel's new Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager.
Prior to this, Cameron has worked for Dorchester & Berkeley Hotels in London, Pan Pacific and Regent Hotels in Australasia, and recently director and founder of Global Chef Ltd, an Auckland based consultancy business focusing on chefs and their development within the hospitality industry in New Zealand.
According to a press release, Cameron hails from Auckland, New Zealand where he
was named the New Zealand Chefs Association
Culinary of the Year in 2009.
