oversees the NYSE's London, Tokyo and Hong Kong offices.Prior to joining the NYSE, Mr. Seaman was with Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown from 1998-2001, where he was managing director, Telecom and Media Investment Banking, responsible for providing strategic advisory services and leading corporate financings for multinational companies in the sector.Earlier, Mr. Seaman was an investment banker with CSFB for 12 years, where he was managing director and co-head of Global Corporate Finance responsible for international capital market transactions, merger and acquisition advisories, and restructurings and privatizations by government-owned companies.While at CSFB, he also served as the head of the international group in Equity Capital Markets responsible for all underwritings by non-U.S. companies.Mr. Seaman started his career as an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell practicing corporate and securities law.Mr. Seaman graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. in Political Science with Distinction.He received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
