Bryan Moon
A retired vice president of Northwest Airlines, Moon returned to a full-time art career in 1987. Living the experience before each painting is Moon's prerequisite, so to understand lions he lived with the late George Adamson of "Born Free" fame in Africa.
His African experience with big cats shaped his interest in domestic cats and confirmed his lifetime association with dogs. What followed was another unpredictable series of offbeat whimsical art for which he has become so popular.
