Bruce G. Hain, AffiliateAs President and General Manager of Insource Services, Inc., Mr. Hain is responsible for all of the company's internal operations, as well as performing as a client manager and direct consultant for several client companies.
Recent client projects in which Bruce
was directly involved include working with a newly established non-profit organization to set up control and general financial management systems, assisting in restructuring an organization that had recently lost 75% of its business, including restructuring long-term obligations and negotiating partial payment plans, and assisting a client in analyzing the potential costs and benefits of expanding the business through acquisition.Mr. Hain
has significant experience in designing and implementing control and MIS systems, ranging from installing accounting systems for smaller companies to overseeing the installation, implementation and integration of a Novell local area network with a UNIX-based system.He
also has analyzed and recommended accounting and MIS systems for many clients, and has assisted both start-up and medium-sized Government Contractors in establishing DCAA-approved overhead and G&A rates.Prior to founding Insource Services, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Hain served in numerous financial management positions.Most recently, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Geo-Centers, Inc., a high technology research and development firm doing business primarily with the US Government.In this capacity, Bruce was one of four members of the executive committee responsible for overseeing all corporate operations, and was directly responsible for all financial, administrative and treasury functions of the company.
