Bruce, For whatever reason, your firewall rules had sections of Rackspace blocked. I haven't received any mail from the list in months since moving my mail to an IP in the DFW data center. Your linux line should read: linux /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-16-generic root=/dev/sda5 ro Remember to comment out the search line with a leading #.
