Sharon Hendricks Howell | Bridgette Poe
Bridgette Poe Bridgette became a professional actor at a very young age. Upon moving to Dallas in the mid 90s-which was only meant to be for the summer-her own agent asked if she'd mind helping out with phone duty for a few days... and the rest is history. Bridgette has worked as an agent over the past two decades including seven years at one of the Southwest's most prominent boutiques, at which she became the dedicated film/tv agent. She has been thrilled to book actors on everything from leads in major features, series regulars, national commercials, and more. In addition to representing talent over the years, she has continued to garner experience in other industry arenas. Bridgette also considers herself very fortunate to have been able to work as a writer in several different mediums. For both stage and screen, she's had original material produced, and contributes content annually to The Dallas International Film Festival. Though it's scarce, she does make the most of her free time. In addition to participating on film festival screening committees, she also lends her energy and support to local groups including Arts Fighting Cancer, The Salvation Army and The North Texas Food Bank. At every opportunity, she also tries to force her professional organizing skills on all her friends.

She's engaged deals ranging from lead roles in big budget films, television series regulars and guest stars, multi-spot national commercials, international print campaigns, voice-over, corporate theater and much more. When this native Texan found her way to Dallas as a stage/voice-over actress, she eventually found herself managing and booking some Deep Ellum-based bands. It was then a natural segue into repping actors. Beginning in the late 90's, as the Children/Teens Agent for Hennie & Co, to her seven year stint with The Mary Collins Agency (the last three of which she was exclusively dedicated as the Film/TV agent), Bridgette has greatly enjoyed the success she has helped to facilitate and negotiate on her actors' behalf. Part of the unique package she brings to the table is her background in casting. Working independently, and in association with some of the Southwest's most prominent Casting Directors, she's been involved with principle and location casting on major-studio features, independent films, television and countless commercials, both regional and national. Additional production experience has seen her project managing/associate producing, photo-styling, costume designing and logging a lot of art department time. Bridgette has been very fortunate to also work as a writer in several different mediums. For both stage and screen, she's had original works produced and contributes annually as a writer for the Dallas Film Society. Supporting The Dallas International Film Festival is just one of her many interests. Additionally, Bridgette donates time to local groups including: Arts Fighting Cancer, The Salvation Army, and The North Texas Food Bank. She is also an avid reader, a jewelry designer and a professional organizer.
