Brian joined the Sodexo Quality Assurance/ Food Safety team in July 2001.
In his present position, Brian oversees the food safety-related communications and program content for Sodexo in North America as well as serving as the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Coordinator.
also participates in a number of internal councils and workgroups in partnership with all divisions and a variety of departments (communications, culinary, marketing, sales and supply management).

units within a designated region in the U.S. and Canada, regarding all food safety
and food security issues.
has over 27 years experience in food safety and public health.
This includes management experience in regulatory, food service and food processing as well as time with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation
He is a Licensed Environmental Health Practioner and a Certified Professional in Food Safety through the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA).
Brian has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University and is involved in a number of professional health associations and committees.
