Brian PolskyDr. Brian Polsky, a sports medicine specialist, is a clinical assistant professor with the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Polsky earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine at Columbia, SC and completed his residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Hospital.
During his fellowship, Dr. Polsky was the associate team physician for the Philadelphia Eagles & Flyers, as well as for the Philadelphia KIXX indoor soccer team and the Camden Riversharks AAA baseball team.He has co-authored publications and presentations surrounding scaphoid fractures.
Dr. Polsky specializes in sports injuries, and takes care of athletes at all levels of competition.Dr. Polsky was a nationally ranked professional racquetball player and still enjoys competing.He grew up in Columbia, MD and now resides in Reisterstown with his wife and three sons.
