After my initial consultation with Brian, I knew that I was in good hands, as not only did he truly understand the technical issues surrounding distressed homes, short sales, and bank negotiations, but just as importantly, I sensed he would be a good communicator and an excellent liaison for me to deal with this huge problem which I was 2000 miles away from. From the beginning, I was told every step of the way what to expect and how they were going to deal with the expected issues.
As we approached the end of the negotiations, Garrett and Brian informed me that due to the amount of repair work that was necessary on the house, and given the bank's valuation of the property, that they would have to begin looking for an end buyer.

We had a challenging situation with IRS liens against our home, two mortgages, and a trustee sale date looming. Brian was able to put the foreclosure date on hold. He worked with our tax accountants to get our IRS liens released. He negotiated with our first and second lenders on our behalf. Miraculously, we had our second mortgage lien released and the bank did not come after us for the deficiency! Brian always kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Looking back, it is evident to me that we couldn't have succeeded without a professional like Brian on our side.

No one can suggest that this is a painless process as it hurts way deep inside but Brian and Garret took charge of the short sale and at least had a sense of loss right along with us as owners.

Of greatest significance for me, was their presentation of my situation as a legal, moral business transaction, and an opportunity to forgive myself for my failure to manage the unexpected tragedies that life sometimes delivers.
Brian and his team met me with at my convenience. I was in frequent communication with a member of my team so that I knew everything that was happening at every step. They treated me with the utmost of respect and concern, fully sensitive to my discomfort with situation. Slowly, however, I came around to appreciate the soundness of their service and the appropriateness of my decision to let Brian and his team negotiate on my behalf and settle my obligations with the bank. We expected the transactions to take as long as three months, but Brian was able to close on my property in only two months.

A few months ago I invested a 50% equity share in a home with Brian and Premier. The transaction went extremely smoothly and was stress free. Brian kept me well informed every step of the way, with timely updates on how the renovation was going, through the marketing of the home, to the final sale and close of escrow. "Brian and I have worked and are currently on several deals together. Our first deal was a Short Sale that I had started the traditional way and as so often happens, somehow the paperwork and file was lost in the follow up. We have a buyer and the house was set to go to auction. I gave Brian all the paperwork and within days, he had stopped the house from going to the foreclosure sale, and was negotiating with Bank of America.
