He was awarded a Master of Health Administration in 1984 from the U.S. Army Baylor University Graduate Program in Health Care Administration.
Prior to becoming the Interim Provost of the Medical Education Campus he served as Special Assistant to President and Dean of Allied Health of NVCC.
Mr. Foley spent 30 years as an Army Medical Service Corps Officer.
He retired from the Army in 2001 with the rank of Colonel.
