Prior to joining Rottenstreich & Ettinger, BriAnne was an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
She was a member of Milbank's trial team in the highly publicized case of United Rentals v. RAM Holdings, Inc. that successfully defended against a $7 billion claim arising out of a terminated merger.
gained exposure to matrimonial law at Milbank when she
was called upon to represent the family of a high-net worth client in a contested matrimonial dispute.
has experience in a wide range of substantive areas of law, including contract, bankruptcy and partnership disputes, and immigration proceedings.
also represented an inmate in a pro bono death penalty appeal in Louisiana.
BriAnne received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2007, where she was an editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and wrote, choreographed and performed in the Law Revue.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University in 2002, majoring in Psychology.
BriAnne is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Health and Reproductive Rights Committee of the New York Women's Bar Association.
