Minic is the founder of Future Work, a Miami-based consulting firm, and a member of the former World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment. She cites a recent study in Harvard Business Review, which found that teams containing women have greater collective intelligence, and make better decisions, than teams consisting of only men.
