They ran into local artist Bradford Rhea, who suggested it might be nice to do a mural.
, who came up with the name for the project, went to work on a model, which is now on display inside Merino Trading Post
, creating drawings similar to buildings that were in originally in Merino.
While working on the model, he
had to make sure the mural would fit in the space and look like it was meant to be there, so form followed function a lot when he
was coming up with the design.
is quick to point that he
did the easy part; it is the people doing the building and painting that are doing all the hard work.
says the project has "brought the community together more."
