"In order for us to meet the anticipated increase in student enrollment-especially at our two middle schools, it is imperative that we go to market for the sale of these bonds now, especially when fixed interest rates are near all-time lows," said Dr. Brad Lancaster, LTISD Superintendent of Schools.
"This rating is a direct result of the District's sound financial management and investment of taxpayer dollars associated with our 2004 and 2006 bonds," said LTISD Superintendent Dr. Brad Lancaster. "It is imperative that we make a clear distinction between our recently-approved 2011 bond referendum and the 2006 Bond program," said Dr. Brad Lancaster, LTISD Superintendent of Schools.
