in Advanced Technology across the United States and with clients in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey for Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, medical, biological, diagnostic, consumer health and scientific products as well as manufacturing, research and laboratory services); Medical and Health Care Services; Consumer; and Industrial, Chemicals and Materials.

Ms. Sharps is based in the firm's Philadelphia office and joined KCI in 2005.
Prior to joining KCI, Ms. Sharps has spent over 26 years in Healthcare and Technology with Shared Medical Systems (SMS) and Siemens Medical.
Her various roles have ranged from leading Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Business Development to Vice President / General Manager.
At SMS, Ms. Sharps rose through Software Implementations, Account Management and Sales to become the Regional Vice President.
Later, as Vice President/Software Development she
directed more than 250 employees in building technology and infrastructures for product development.
In addition, Ms. Sharps
led SMS' Year 2000 (Y2K) project for their worldwide clientele and product sets.

In May 2000, SMS was bought by Siemens and Ms. Sharps was one of only four people from the SMS Executive Team to be part of the international integration team that would oversee the merger.
Several months ahead of schedule the phase one integration was achieved successfully.
Ms. Sharps then became a General Manager over the physician office business.
was responsible for the division's P&L and all Product Development, Third Party Product Acquisition, Sales, Marketing and Professional & Customer Service performance.
In November 2002, Ms. Sharps left Siemens and worked with the Philadelphia incubator of start-up companies: The Science Center.
As an Executive in Residence (EIR), a program she
helped design, Ms. Sharps
assisted more than thirty emerging growth companies transform their enterprises to reach new levels of performance and achievement.
Ms. Sharps joined i3ARCHIVE Inc. as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing.
helped raise more than $1.2M in angel money, hired a sales team, designed marketing programs and concluded distribution and marketing contracts with GE and Siemens
Ms. Sharps has a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from Arcadia University and a Masters from Temple University in Business Administration and in Healthcare Administration.
In addition to her
active role in various for-profit enterprises, Ms, Sharps
has found time to be very active in the non-profit world.
She is a board member of Carelift International and is also an active member of the Forum of Executive Women.
