designs performance-improvement initiatives to include performance incentive programs, Employee evaluation programs and performance-based training design and development.Bonnie's most recent accomplishments include working with Caterpillar's European Division at their Training and Demonstration Center in Malaga, Spain.Establishing the training university for ADT Security Services, Inc. and presently establishing Tyco International's Fire and Security Division's Training University as the Director of Curriculum Design.
Abney's business unit provides training and development services to over 52 Tyco companies world-wide.
Abney's primary residence is on Whidbey Island in Washington and she
maintains a residence in West Palm Beach Florida.She
continues to consult for major companies.
