"Everything is right on course from last year," said Bob Kewney, a real estate agent and owner of Kewney Real Estate.His firm recently grew to nine real estate agents, with the addition of some people who had been with a Prudential Real Estate office in Quincy that has closed. Kewney
said if commercial acreage and multi-family sales are included, the Quincy market is ahead of last year by eight units. He
suspects the second quarter will show improvement.
"Right now, it's starting to be busier because people will make decisions on making a move," Kewney
said, since school is ending for the summer and better weather has returned.
