as Director of Global Sales.
Bob joins the Emcien team with over 30 years of professional experience in the software industry, holding various sales leadership roles.
last position as Director of the Financial Services Business Unit at Spotfire
was responsible for launching the product into the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to joining Spotfire, Bob spent 14 years at PeopleSoft, holding several Sales Management positions.
In 1994, he
was asked to establish and lead a team to market to the financial services space.
Within three years, Financial Services was the leading market for PeopleSoft
In 2002, Bob was asked to create a new methodology to launch PeopleSoft's Middle Market.
By changing compensation plans from a revenue model to a transaction model and partnering with smaller consulting companies, he
was able to create a sales methodology that, in 2003, was launched throughout the company.
