BOB CRAINE. Originally from Great Bend, Kansas, Bob has lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1975. He is co-owner and managing director of TSF Capital, LLC, a private investment and management consulting firm, and has been engaged in the venture capital and consulting business since 1997. Prior to 1997 Mr. Craine served as an executive officer and director of TSF Communications Corp., a publicly held investment holding/operating company primarily engaged in publishing, information services, trade shows and trade show services. Prior to working 13 years at TSF Communications Corp., Mr. Craine practiced corporate and securities law for 11 years. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and MBA and JD degrees from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Craine is an active volunteer and leader in a number of local and statewide economic and technology development organizations in Oklahoma, including presently serving (since 2002) as Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Technology Development Corp.; past Chairman and President of the Oklahoma Investment Forum; and past Chairman of the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board. Bob is a director of several private companies, and was the Founder, Publisher and Editor of Future Value Magazine, an Oklahoma economic development, venture capital and entrepreneurship publication. Mr. Craine is a life-long railfan. He has been interested in and followed the progress of the C&TS RR since the late 1980's and has been a member of the Friends since 1999 and a director since 2000.
Bob served as chairman of the board from 2005 to 2009. He founded the the Another Century of Narrow Gauge Steam fundraising campaign. He currently serves as the chair of the Finance and is a member of the Executive Committees of the Friends' Board.

It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you that Friends' Director, Bob Craine, passed away at his home in Tulsa, OK on Sunday evening, September 21 from a massive heart attack. Bob was 66 years old.

His responsibilities included general management, business development, acquisitions and strategic planning at corporate and subsidiary levels and operating responsibility as CEO for Atwood Convention Publishing, Expo Magazine, and Galaxy Registration.
Presently, Mr. Craine is CEO and a Director of Internet Telemetry Corp. (iTC) - an information services company using proprietary wireless technologies and the Internet to provide data collection and communication services for a wide variety of industrial monitoring applications. Mr. Craine also serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies. In a career spanning over 25 years, Mr. Craine has a successful track record as an entrepreneur and private investor. He is the founder, publisher and editor of Future Value magazine, an investment publication with a focus on Oklahoma. The former Chairman of the Board and current Board Member of the Oklahoma Investment Forum, Mr. Craine is also an the Executive Committee of the Board of Oklahoma Technology Development Corp. Mr. Bob Craine has a B.S. in Business Administration, from the University of Kansas, and an MBA and J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
