has been named Champion of Entrepreneurial Development and Capital Formation by the Oklahoma Investment Forum.
The first-of-its-kind award was presented at a luncheon held today to honor Craine
more than 20 years of service to the state of Oklahoma in the areas of entrepreneur development and capital formation.
Currently executive vice president and a member of the board of directors of T/SF Communications Corporation, he
is secretary-treasurer and a member of the board of the Oklahoma Investment Forum.He
is also former chairman and board member of the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board and former chairman and current director of the Oklahoma Private Enterprise Forum.Craine
is a former member of the board of directors of the Tulsa Economic Development Corporation and Woodland Bank.He
also served as president of TSF Capital Corporation, a venture capital company, from 1985-89.In addition to T/SF Communications, he
also serves on the board of directors of Atwood Convention Publishing, Inc., Galaxy Registration, Inc., Transportation Information Services, Inc., Tayloe Paper Company, XRS Technologies, Inc. and Quantem Laboratories, Inc.He
is a graduate of the University of Kansas and holds both M.B.A. and Juris Doctorate degrees from Southern Methodist University.He
is a member of the Tulsa, Oklahoma and American bar associations.
