Bob was always ready to answer our questions and took the time to explain every detail. The job was done in an extremely fast fashion and we are receiving lots of good comments about our home.

Beaver Builders, Inc. would like to take this opportunity to introduce the president of our company, Bob Buker and his wonderful family. Bob's first introduction to construction was as a laborer for Ken Curry Construction in 1968. He worked summers only for Curry, (hurry for Curry) as he worked his way through Black Hawk College and Northern Illinois University, to earn a B.S. in accounting. After graduation in 1971 he continued his construction "degree" studies with numerous large and small union construction companies. Finally in 1976 with little more than a pick-up truck, a hammer and the uncontrollable urge to build homes, he started Beaver Builders.
It has taken lots of hard work and long hours to reach where we are now. Bob is a master carpenter and is also proficient at many other trades including drafting & design, accounting, finance, and marketing. Bob has developed the marketing ideas for Oak Knoll Estates, in Coal Valley,Beaver Crossing in Betendorf and now Beaver Woods in Moline. Beaver Builders, Inc. has carved out a huge niche in the $210,00,000 to $350,000 market, the price range where most of the area's families want to be. We have met our price goals by developing our own subdivisions, doing most of the work ourselves, using fewer subs, and using volume buying and selling. We currently maintain a staff of twelve employees. Our office is located at 6554 Dorothy's Drive, Bettendorf, Iowa. (in Beaver Crossing community) We continue to keep the company up to date by attending seminars on management, safety, and construction related subjects. Bob takes deep pride in his accomplishments and expects the same from all his employees and subcontractors.
