Biography of William C. Weaver
Bill Weaver, a native of New Orleans, LA, grew up in Greensboro, NC, and returned to New Orleans to attend Loyola University . He served in a variety of US Army Intelligence and Aviation assignments followed by a transition to the Acquisition Corps.
is rated in both Fixed and Rotary Wing aircraft.
He completed his Masters degree in Business from Central Michigan University . While at FORSCOM he managed the re-constitution of the 15 th Military Intelligence Aerial Exploitation Battalion; the fielding of Quick Fix to all Divisions; and the development of the Guardrail V Remote Relay.
attended the Defense Acquisition University Program Managers course at Ft. Belvoir, followed by an assignment to AVSCOM as the OV-1 MOHAWK Program Manager.
Bill was selected as PM for the Technology Applications Program Office where he established Acquisition
processes for Army Special Operations Aviation.
He then moved to SOCOM HQs where he managed all Rotary Wing Acquisition Programs.
Following retirement, he joined California Microwave, Inc. in the Baltimore , MD area where he was Vice President for Aviation Systems, managing the Army's Airborne Reconnaissance Low program and other program requirements for special customer's aviation platforms.
was later acquired by Northrop Grumman.
Bill left NG and joined Raytheon in 2000.

is responsible for Raytheon
Aviation Business Development.
He is Six Sigma Specialist trained and has attended numerous Raytheon Program Management Courses.
He has served as President of his Homeowners Association and is the current Chairman of the Citizens' Advisory Committee, Madison County Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Bill has served as the Tennessee Valley Chapter VP for Scholarships for the past 3 years.
Spare time is devoted to Triathlons.
