May 22, 2006 AKRON, Ohio - May 22, 2006 - Robert H. Chapman, chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., has announced an organizational reporting change with respect to William Morgan, president of Barry-Wehmiller subsidiary Pneumatic Scale.

BILL MORGAN PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT OF PNEUMATIC SCALERobert H.
