was recognized as top entrepreneurial professor in the nation by Business Week magazine
in 1996.Prior to joining UCLA, he spent 25 years in investment banking, serving as a corporate officer at Becker Paribas, Inc. until it was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1984.Mr. Cockrum received an MBA in finance and marketing from Harvard Business School in 1961 and a BA in economics from DePauw University in 1959.

, and will cause each Guarantor to, execute and deliver within 30 days after request therefor by the Banks and the Agent, all further instruments and documents and take all further action that the Agent may reasonably request as necessary to give effect to, and to aid in the exercise and enforcement of the rights and remedies of the Banks under, this Agreement, the Notes and the Security Documents, including without limitation causing each lessor of real property to NATIONAL WINE & SPIRITS INC
or any Guarantor in which inventory is located to execute and deliver to the Agent, prior to or upon the commencement of any such tenancy, an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Banks and the Agent duly executed on behalf of such lessor waiving any distraint, lien and similar rights with respect to any property subject to the Security Documents and agreeing to permit the Banks and the Agent to enter such premises in connection therewith.
