Because of his long-term commitment and strong contribution the restaurant chain, Bill Baugh, president and CEO of Shoney's of Knoxville Inc., was recently inducted into the Shoney's Hall of Fame.
Baugh, who has been affiliated with Shoney's for more than 40 years, currently oversees 20 Shoney's restaurants in the Knoxville area, which cover nine counties, including the Caryville restaurant.
