Bettye Daly, Director of Business Development
Ms. Daly received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Haworth School of Business, Western Michigan University and her Masters of Science in Managerial Economics at Western Michigan University.
in 2002 was added to the Western Michigan University's Marketing Alumni Hall of Fame
Before launching her
career in entrepreneurship, Ms. Daly
managed a $30 million procurement budget as a purchasing agent at the Upjohn Co.
As a corporate sales and customer service representative for the Kellogg Company Ms. Daly
provided personal, world class customer service and marketing support to the company's major west coast multi-million dollar contract accounts.
In 1981 she founded MayDay Chemical Co. and served as its President and CEO for 15 years.
Ms. Daly has served as national chairperson of the Chemical Group of the National Association of Purchasing Managers, president of the board of directors of the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, and a trustee of Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
