Betsy Volletz-Zacarias, Senior Quantitative Research Manager
has over 20 years' supplier-side experience in all phases of custom quantitative market research design, execution and analysis in the US and across the globe.
Prior to IIM, she spent 17 years at Ipsos where she worked with a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 to smaller firms in the packaged goods, services and business-to-business industries on a broad range of ad-hoc and tracking research targeting consumers and businesses alike.
Previously, Betsy worked at Conway-Milliken (subsequently bought by Research International), managing ad hoc research as well as large customer satisfaction tracking.
This experience enables her
to help to leverage which method will best meet an information objective - be it online, phone, mobile or in-person approaches.
also has extensive experience with more sophisticated methodologies such as segmentation, conjoint and discrete choice modeling, volume forecasting and brand equity research.
Betsy received her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin.
