Yesford is the director of food, nutrition and DME services at Providence Hospital and Carroll Manor Nursing Rehabilitation Center, a 408-bed acute care hospital with a 252-bed nursing home. She has held that position for 17 years.
Yesford is a current member of the HFM board of directors and Sponsorship Committee. Yesford, who has served previously on the Marketing/Advocacy Committee, has been an HFM member since 2001.
Yesford has a proven track record of fiscal responsibility including: increasing revenues by $600,000 annually by improving operation and key internal processes; reducing labor expenses 17 percent by streamlining operations; and reducing costs 26 percent by developing new purchasing role/procedures. She has led a $3 million/12 month- renovation, and a $1.5 million design and startup of a new department while acting as assistant administrator at one of the hospital's nursing homes.
