worked in a variety of account service positions and specialized in integrating strategic research into public relations programs for clients.Beth Ann is a graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she had a dual major in Advertising Research and English.She also holds an M.B.A. from Boston University with a special focus on organizational development and behavior.
