Prior to these roles, Ms. Gibson was SVP of Global Finance Operations at Bank of America where she was responsible for directing the financial processes and applications for general accounting operations, accounts payable, order-to-pay, fixed assets, and management information. She drove the creation of a three-year multi-generational roadmap and business case for the finance transformation of business processes, management reporting, and technology capabilities. In addition, Ms. Gibson held leadership positions at Wells Fargo/Wachovia/First Union, People's Bank, and Exxon.
Ms. Gibson received her BA at Mount Holyoke College and her MBA from the Simmons Graduate Management Program in Boston. She is regarded worldwide as a leader in profitability solutions, reporting, and methodologies and has been a keynote speaker at London symposiums, ABN/AMRO, Societe Generale, and Santander, as well as numerous U.S. banks and conferences.
