Prior to that, Bernardo headed Warner-Lambert' s Human Resources Department for its Adams Confectionery Sector.Earlier, he held senior-level administrative and human resource positions with Benetton Sports Group, PepsiCo (Pepsi International) and Celanese.He was recently appointed as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Center for HR Strategy at Rutgers University. Mr. Tafur is a graduate of Purdue University with both a B.S. degree in Industrial Management and an M.S. degree in Industrial Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Industrial Management..

replaced the paper version of its Placement Project Directory with an on-line version.The original directory was first produced in the early 1990's, when LEAD's
corporate sponsors and alumni both requested a means of getting in touch with one another regarding employment opportunities.
Now LEAD alumni can easily search the Internet for challenging positions with LEAD's
