BUYERS AWARE OF ARCHITECTURAL FLAIR

Ben Stewart from CBRE says the 'edgy' design of Synergy sets it apart from earlier projects in the area, while the affordability of the apartments and easy access to public transport and shopping facilities will provide further lures for buyers.
"Apartments at Synergy are priced to attract people with an eye for value, including those just entering the property market who are eligible for the first home owners grant," said Mr Stewart. Hornsby is served by some of Sydney's finest educational facilities, such as Barker College, Knox Grammar, Abbotsleigh, Normanhurst Boys and Hornsby Girls High, so the suburb holds great appeals for families with school-age children. "The location of Synergy will equally appeal to business people who want the convenience of being close to a train line," said Mr Stewart, "while shopping in Hornsby offers greater choice than any other suburb on the upper north shore." Mr Stewart believes Synergy will also attract interest from investors, forecasting weekly rents of around $450-475 for a one-bedroom, $575-600 for a two-bedroom and $650-700 for a three-bedroom apartment. "An important factor of rental demand is public transport, and Hornsby is a train and bus hub so a car is no longer mandatory," said Mr Stewart Ben Stewart, Director, CBRE on 8969 8505 or 0412 753 740

Ben Stewart, Director of Residential Projects at CBRE, says that while computer-generated imagery and fly-through animation is widely used in Australia, technology in the property sector is growing.
"It's just getting better and better," Stewart said. "People do like to touch and feel their surroundings, and it's all about convenience." He said technology is helping potential buyers to see what was out there without taking up too much energy.

According to Ben Stewart, Director of CBRE residential projects, "the location of the project but also the quality of developer, Loftex" is what caused hundreds to queue down the street in the early hours of Saturday morning in an effort to secure an apartment in the development.
And little wonder. The glimmering addition to Sydney's North Shore has 29 levels of stunning harbour views and an enviable inner-city location. "The mixed-purpose location will boast commercial office spaces and residential apartments, with the majority of buyers looking to call it home", said Ben. "Buyers were impressed with the convenient location of Embassy Tower, set in a residential area off the main highway. Many were looking for the views Embassy Tower provides in addition to the large retail offering of the suburb," he said.
