He has held various senior level management positions in the past including: Vice President of Human Resources for an integrated hospital system, Regional Director of Human Resources for a national integrated managed care health system, Director of Human Resources for the outpatient clinics of a regional hospital corporation, Director of Compensation and Benefits for an educational institution, Director of Human Resources for a community action agency, and Assistant to the Town Manager for a local municipality.
