Ben Meador, Chairman and CEO

He graduated from Lamar University in 1962 with a BBA in management.
Following a brief career as employment manager with Diamond Shamrock Chemical Corporation, he established Meador Staffing Services, Inc. in 1968, originally known as Meador-Brady Personnel Services, Inc.
Noteworthy: Ben has been very active in community affairs, serving as president of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, acting as a founding member and past chairman of SEED, now known as the Houston Port Alliance, and past chairman of the Pasadena Second Century Corporation.
Ben is past president of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees at San Jacinto College, a member of the Pasadena Rotary Club, and has been named a Paul Harris Fellow.

In 1986, Darla joined forces with Elaine Romberg, Dick Davidson and Ben Meador to form Inter-City Temporary Association, one of the first networks established for the independently owned staffing services in the United States.
Together they set records and watched Meador
continue to grow.
One of Darla's biggest accomplishments was receiving the Employee of the Year award in 1995, as well as the largest sales award for exceeding $6 million in billings in one year.
