culinary arts instructor, first met Chef Coffin
at Oklahoma State University
(OSU) and later asked him to participate in the program.
..."I told him I would be happy to," said Chef Coffin, who has participated in similar programs with OSU and 4-H in the past.
"I always enjoy working with younger people."Chef Coffin has a degree in hotel and restaurant administration from OSU and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in London.
