as regional vice president of sales.
Quarti's responsibilities include hiring, training, developing and managing an external and internal sales force, as well as presenting the company vision to major vendor and educational accounts.He
also designs and implements the compensation plan and sales promotions, while managing profit and loss within the sales organization. Quarti brings more than 25 years of experience in sales management and sales force recruitment to the executive team at eSchoolMall.Prior to joining eSchoolMall, Quarti served as director of sales for Follett Educational Services in Chicago, Ill. In this capacity, Quarti led all sales efforts for the top 100 accounts within the company, established market strategies and developed collateral material for new product and service offerings.He
was responsible for the first textbook leasing deal in the industry, worth $9 million, as well as the largest asset management deal in company history, worth $28 million. Previously, Quarti served as operations director for Academic Book Service in Atlanta, Ga., where he managed all aspects of corporate operations, including shipping, marketing, sales, training, development, budgeting, strategic planning and facilities management.
In two years, he
helped the company to achieve 100 percent growth in sales.Prior to this position, Quarti served as president of Book Factory in Slidell, La. and regional operations manager of B. Dalton Bookseller in Minneapolis, Minn.He graduated from the University of North Florida in 1974 with a degree in political science and business.
