With a passion for performance and the desire to deliver unmatched service, Collective Identity's
a reflection of his
view of what consulting can be.
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA., he
first venture at the age of 5 going door to door selligng candy and washing cars.
It wasn't until 2005 when he
first set out on his
own as President of Newline Home Mortgage
, a real estate finance company started which had three locations in the southland.
It was at the height of the recession when Beau
next venture, USLMP, Inc.
Born out of necessity what began as a service to help a struggling business get through a tough time turned into a successful BPO company employed nearly 100 people when most were unemployed.
After a stint in corporate america where he
built an internal division for a nationwide lender and oversaw the turn aroudn for a nationwide law firm, the life of an entrepreneur called and Collective Identity
opened for business in 2013.
This time however it was his
plan to have his
start up help other start ups.
Since then, Beau
has been able to put together a team of experts and utilize his
network to aide multiple businesses reach new levels of success.
It is his
hope to continue to focus on start ups and early phase companines who are focused in growth to inspire business transformation and use his
previous experience as lessons of both what and what not to do.
When not at the helm of Collective Identity
, you can usually find him on the soccer fields or at home
