Barry Alan Roth
, a Sanibel Island resident, was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
in 1970 and the Florida Bar
He began his career as a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where he was assigned to the litigation division.
In 1976 Attorney Roth was appointed as the first director of the Office of Hearings and Appeals for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
In the same year, he
private law practice specializing in class action, personal injury and health care litigation.
Prior to elocating to Florida in 1983, Mr. Roth
acted as plaintiff's co-counsel in the now famous Three Mile Island lawsuit.
For the past 20 years Attorney Roth
has been in private practice in the Fort Myers area specializing in personal injury, social security and family law.
He will continue working in those areas as partner of Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz, P.A.
has been a frequent speaker and author in Medicare and Medicaid law as it relates to healthcare providers.
