has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry for the past twenty (20) years in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.Mr. Davidson has been the head of a leading commercial real estate brokerage company for over thirteen (13) years specializing in the sale of income properties.
Over the past ten (10) years Mr. Davidson
has been involved in the sale and purchase of over ten (10) million square feet of Class "A" office properties, over 5,000 units of multi-family properties and over thirty (30) retail shopping centers, plus numerous industrial properties and development land.Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Davidson was a Senior Vice president at the Swearingen Company, a large Dallas based commercial real estate firm.
While at the Swearingen Company
, Mr. Davidson
was consistently one of that company's top real estate producers, selling numerous large Class "A" office buildings and leasing for tenants in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of office space.Mr. Davidson
has been named by the Dallas Business Journal
to Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate
and as a designated "Heavy Hitter" in real estate investment brokerage every year since 1993.Prior to entering the real estate business, Mr. Davidson headed the marketing efforts of a large chemical company.Before that, he was an officer in the marketing division of the former Missouri Pacific/Texas and Pacific Railroad, now the Union Pacific Railroad, where he completed their highly rated management training program.

.A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is recognized as an expert in commercial investment real estate.The CCIM designation is earned by completing a graduate-level course curriculum totaling 200 classroom hours, a day-long comprehensive examination and documentation of completion of substantial professional commercial real estate transactions.Less than 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the elite CCIM designation.Mr. Davidson is a member of numerous other professional associations including the local North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors to which he was elected by the membership to a three (3) year term as a member of its Board of Governors.He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Dallas Real Estate Council.Mr. Davidson is a licensed commercial real estate agent in both Texas and Oklahoma.Mr. Davidson was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where his parents still reside.He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he earned a BSBA in Marketing in 1974 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1976.

League for six (6) years and a boy's basketball team in the Spring Valley Athletic Association
