Once again, following the recipe of my favorite chef, Bara Pattiradjawane, Lamb Chop with Chermoula sauce and couscous.
Thanks to the famous chef in Indonesia, Bara Pattiradjawane, I succesfully made this Nasi Gurih Rib-Eye for iftar with our friends yesterday.
In Bara's recipe, it supposes to use Tenderloin instead of Rib-Eye.
However, as tenderloin is much more expensive than rib-eye, I decided to choose rib-eye.
