Saul Urban was founded by Frank Saul III in 2013 based on a vision to create a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to pursue innovative real estate projects responding to the growing demographic trend of people migrating back to the city.

(a New York Stock Exchange REIT) and President of the B. F. Saul Company. is background in real estate development is diverse and includes residential, hospitality, retail and office projects. uring his tenure at the various Saul entities, he acquired or developed over 2,300 hotel rooms, over 4 million square feet of retail, mixed use and office space. ome notable projects include:the mixed-use Clarendon Center with 244 residential units, 172,000 square feet of office space, and 42,000 square feet of retail space; and the Park Place II office building in Tysons Corner, which serves as world-wide headquarters for Hilton Hotels. rank has also worked on several iconic historic buildings in Washington, DC, including the restoration of the Kennedy Warren apartment building and the development of its new South Wing, and the acquisition and renovation of the historic Hay-Adams Hotel. Mr. Saul currently serves on the boards of Chevy Chase Trust Company and ASB Capital Management. n addition to his executive duties at Saul Urban, he also serves on the boards of the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress, the Jefferson Trust at the University of Virginia, and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Sheldon has worked with Frank Saul for over 20 years on numerous transactions.

B. Francis "Frank" Saul, III has a varied background as a real estate development and financial management executive. Mr. Saul is currently Chairman & CEO of Saul Investment Group, LLC. Mr. Saul is also President of the B. F. Saul Company, a private company specializing in commercial real estate investments, property management, real estate development, and insurance. Mr. Saul serves on the boards of directors of Chevy Chase Bank, Saul Centers, Inc., and the B. F. Saul Company. His professional affiliations include the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Saul is active in the Washington, D.C., community. He is a member of the Executive Committee and past Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. He serves on the boards of directors of the Children's National Medical Center, the Conservation Fund, and the Economic Club of Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. Mr. Saul resides with his family in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
