Dr. Qureshi is currently Senior Vice President for Community Health, Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS).
is currently working on designing a conceptual model for the development and delivery of strategy and initiatives to create healthiest communities.
is gathering data on community health status to design a global index for measuring community health status.
coordinates community health efforts with those in sacred encounters and perfect care to ensure alignment in pursuit of the SJHS strategic vision and mission.
Dr. Qureshi is also the Lead Consultant for the California Hospital Association's (CHA) Hospital Quality Committee.
The committee's task is to analyze various hospital quality performance reports and make recommendations to the CHA
Board regarding the methods and results presented in these reports.
These recommendations are adopted as the Hospital Industry Position regarding public reporting of hospital performance.
is actively helping to develop a standardized statewide measurement and reporting system for public reporting of hospital quality.
This statewide project is called CHART (California Hospital Assessment and Reporting Task Force).
is one of the four voting members of representing all hospitals in CHART's
Dr. Qureshi is a member of Blue Shield of California's Quality Advisory Board.
The Quality Advisory Board provides advice to the Board of Directors regarding the choice of cost and quality criteria used to create evidence-based tiered provider networks.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors, PHFE Management Solutions, Los Angeles.

is a 40-year-old nonprofit organization providing management services to public health programs.
In addition to his MBA and Medical Degree, Dr. Qureshi has a Master in Public Health with an emphasis on Community Health and Health Education.
He also has a Doctorate in Public Health with a cognate in Bio-Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
has published various articles and has been invited to present at many prestigious seminars.
