When I spoke to Dr. Arnoldo Anglada
, I was very impressed.
He had received his Doctor in Dental Surgery at the University of Costa Rica, and was certified as a specialist in oral implantology from the University of Chile.
He was a Professor and Coordinator in the Department of Oral Surgery at the School of Dentistry at the University Latina de Costa Rica.
He was a member of the International Association for Dental Research and had completed more than 5000 implants.
was recognized by the Costa Rica Official Board of Dentistry
as one of the only three specialists in Oral Implantology in the country.
resume was far superior to the dentists that my insurance company was recommending we visit in Cleveland, Ohio.

What really impressed me was the time he
took on several occasions calling us in the United States to answer all of our questions.
command of the English language was excellent.
As our dentist in the U.S. was skeptical about dental work abroad, he
had provided us with many questions to ask.
When all of the questions were answered to both our and our dentist's satisfaction, we decided to have my husband's dental work done abroad.
even offered to send his
driver to pick us up at the airport.
Interestingly enough, Dr. Kaver's office was not only in the same building, but on the same floor as Dr. Anglada
We have had work done by other dentists in Dr. Anglada's
office as well.
I did massive research on dentists in Costa Rica & also contacted Dr Anglada
based on his
education, specialized Certification & multiple positive comments (emailed probably 15 former patients, including 1 from 10 years ago & 1 from 7 years ago)!
Long story - but ultimately I only needed one implant so did not use Dr Anglada
(long flight from Seattle) BUT did use Dr Castro from his office to replace really OLD, awful crowns & an implant bridge.
