Earlier this month, Ulster County Family Court Judge Anthony McGinty granted DeCosmo permanent custody of Jaxon and gave Wolfert twice-weekly supervised visits with the child, who is now 15 months old.

Earlier this week, Ulster County Family Court Judge Anthony McGinty ruled that Masons young brother, Jaxon DeCosmo, who is now 14 months old, will remain in the custody of his father, LaGrange resident Louis DeCosmo.
McGinty also granted Louis and Jaxon DeCosmo an order of protection against Wolfert for one year, prohibiting her from having any contact with either of them except during her court-authorized biweekly supervised visits with Jaxon.
