Anthony brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of substance use and mental health prevention and treatment as a licensed clinician and administrator. Dr. Ernst is the Director for SAMHSA's Native American Center for Excellence, a national resource that provides training and technical assistance to tribes and non-tribal entities throughout the U.S. on issues related to substance use and mental health. Dr. Ernst earned a Ph.D. in social work from the University of Texas.
