Anthony Campagni joined RKF in 2012 when he spearheaded the creation of RKF's Chicago office.He has specialized in landlord and tenant representation for more than 12 years.
Anthony has been instrumental in leading the local team and building the firm's presence in Chicago.
He has recruited a dynamic team of retail leasing specialists and secured an impressive portfolio of assignments throughout Downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Anthony started his career as a canvasser in New York City and witnessed the transformation of the Meatpacking District first-hand.He quickly acquired a passion for developing retail trade areas and neighborhoods and brought this transformative spirit back to Chicago as a retail broker.
Anthony's landlord representation experience has enabled him to develop strong relationships with a variety of prestigious owners and developers.
His current clients include The Trump Organization, Oxford Capital Group, Angelo, Gordon & Co, Newcastle Limited, CIM Group and L3 Capital.
Past clients included Mesirow Stein, BPG Properties, Syndicated Equities, Waterton Residential, Ranquist Development and The Hearn Companies.
Among his most significant accomplishments is the lease and sale of the flagship retail space at 6 North Michigan Avenue; the sale of 875 North Rush, after which he was hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the property; the leasing of 1702 North Damen Avenue to BCBGMAXAZRIA and Marc by Marc Jacobs, achieving the highest rent ever at the time in Bucktown; as well as the leasing of 1715 North Damen Avenue to Joe's Jeans, surpassing the rents achieved at 1702.
Anthony also represented Starbucks Coffee in relocating their flagship café in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood and represented Forever 21 in their relocation on State Street.
In addition, he secured Fig + Olive's Chicago flagship location on Oak Street.
Anthony is currently working on several noteworthy projects, including the leasing of 360 North Michigan Avenue, Block Thirty Seven, and Trump International Hotel & Tower.

Throughout his career, he has exclusively represented retailers such as Starbucks Coffee, FedEx Office and Panera Bread, among others.
Most notably, Anthony led the roll-out of FedEx Office's small-store prototype, completing 38 transactions in 2006 and 2007.
He was also involved in the initial roll-outs in the Chicago metropolitan area of Caribou Coffee, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Kriser's - Feeding Pets for Life, and Starfruit Café.
As a "foodie", Anthony's passionate about transforming the restaurant scene in Chicago and has represented chef-driven restaurants such as Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar, Tortoise Club, and DMK restaurants, as well as fast-casual restaurants Panera Bread and Smashburger.
Prior to joining RKF, Anthony was with Baum Realty Group; he left as a Vice President after eight years with the firm.Previously, he was with Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing Inc., in New York City, where he began his retail real estate career.A graduate of University of Wisconsin's School of Business, Anthony earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with a Specialization in International Business.He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Chicago Loop Alliance and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
In 2004, Anthony was a finalist for the Rookie of the Year distinction from the Chicago Association of Realtors Commercial Forum.
